Gestational Diabetes

Because of the rapid changes to the body during pregnancies, some pregnant people are told that they have gestational diabetes. This program is designed with those pregnant people looking for more education on gestational diabetes, what may cause it, the changes in the pregnant body and dietary changes that may help to manage it.
